Below are details of the various cancellation policies.

Flexible

Refund of 100%* up to 1 day prior to pick-up.
  • If the traveler cancels less than 1 day before departure, he will receive a 70%* refund.
  • If the traveler is missing at departure (and therefore has not been transported), he will get a 50%* refund.
(*) Excluding cancellation fees of 14,16%.

Moderate

Refund of 100%* up to 7 days prior to pick-up.
  • If the traveler cancels less than 7 days before departure, he will receive a 50%* refund.
  • If the traveler is missing at departure (and therefore has not been transported), he will not get any refund.
(*) Excluding cancellation fees of 14,16%.

Strict

Refund of 75%* up to 30 days prior to pick-up.
  • If the traveler cancels between 30 days and 5 days before departure, he will receive a 50%* refund.
  • If the traveler cancels less than 5 days before departure, or if he is missing at departure (and therefore has not been transported), he will not get any refund.
(*) Excluding cancellation fees of 14,16%.

Ultra-strict

Refund of 50%* up to 30 days prior to pick-up.
  • If the traveler cancels between 30 days and 7 days before departure, he will receive a 25%* refund.
  • If the traveler cancels less than 7 days before departure, or if he is missing at departure (and therefore has not been transported), he will not get any refund.
(*) Excluding cancellation fees of 14,16%.

Immediate booking

Refund of 100% up to 12h after booking.
  • If the traveler cancels more than 12h after booking, he will receive a 70% refund.
  • If the traveler is missing at departure (and therefore has not been transported), he will get a 50% refund.
