From : The driver never came and I was never reimbursed despite it being a EUR 250 trip . He didn’t communicate either and I had to pay for another trip and I paid last minute the same Eur 250 price . I would never recommend this booking app ever.
From driver : It's not right , your plane was 5 hours delay and i told you that i was taking you after another ride , you didn't wanted to wait a bit , so you took a taxi
