From Ellen K. : A pleasure from start to finish. It was great to have the driver's phone & email, so we could get in touch if the ferry we were on was late. But the ferry was on time, we got a note from driver saying he was waiting for us in the terminal, and there he was. It was 10:30 pm, with a 40-minute drive to our destination. I'm so glad he was willing & able to make such a late-night trip!
