From Lorna M. : On 21/7 my flight was delayed and I was more than 2hrs late. I kept you informed from 5pm of this. You did not reply to any of my messages. You only replied to tell me you weren’t paid for waiting.
On 24/7 pick up time was 8am. I phoned you at 805- you said you’d be another 20 minutes. I phoned you again at 835 and also once more. At 835 you said you would arrive in 5 mins you didn’t at 850 you said you were nearly there and it wasn’t your fault. You were an hour late and I almost missed my flight.

On 21/07 your flight was delayed by more than 2 hours and 50 minutes and unfortunately I could not wait, I had other reservations with other customers.
On 24/07 I called you to inform you of my 15-minute delay due to bad traffic in the city of Nice at 8 a.m. and I apologized for the involuntary delay.
I understand your frustration that I was unable to ensure your outward journey but unfortunately I cannot wait for you for 3 hours at the airport, I have other commitments.
