: Driver never showed up. I booked him to take older guests home our wedding. We paid in full when we made the booking. He made a ridiculous excuse that he didn’t come because we didn’t respond to his messages an hour before our booking, but that’s because it was MY WEDDING, and we had paid him in full when we booked. There is absolutely no excuse for not showing up, you cannot assume people will be looking at their phone. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Terrible terrible driver and company. Typical French, terrible service, with an absurd reason why. He then tried to say we won’t be refunded but we will - I will be disputing this with my credit card and I will win.
