From Stephen J. : I had allowed 30 minutes after my train arrival to link with the transport. Unfortunately my train was 40 minutes late and the initial driver, who had contacted me, was required for another job. A new driver arrived within five minutes and took me to my destination. Unfortunately there were two addresses the same in different areas and I was at the wrong address. The driver took me to the correct destination at no extra cost, even though it may have been a shared error.
The driver was very personable with excellent English. I believe that we both enjoyed the conversation. I am very appreciative of the standard of service. Thank you.
