From Anna B. : At first the driver told us he would be at our address 11:30 when we booked the transfer to 12 am. We were scared that he would drive away 11:45 if we weren’t there so we went down to the gate. Later we get an email we’re he says that he is stuck in the traffic. He ended up being at the pickup address 12:15 am - 45 minutes later than he said. When we tried to call him he cancelled our call.
When he came to us and we drove towards Nice airport we had to guide him the right way. (His planned route by the coast was 1 hour and 15 minutes longer.) He also drove at 135 km per hour, where it was allowed to drive 90 km / h.
