Je suis assez surpris par votre avis, car la réservation a été faite en dernière minute par un agent pour l’un de vos clients, et vous n’étiez pas présent pendant le trajet. De notre côté, la prestation a été réalisée correctement : nous étions à l’heure, le véhicule était propre et le passager semblait satisfait à la fin.
Dans ces conditions, écrire “Très mauvais service” sans élément précis donne une image injuste de notre travail. Je vous demande donc de bien vouloir vérifier les faits auprès de votre client et, si nécessaire, ajuster votre avis pour qu’il corresponde à la réalité.
Comme vous pouvez le voir sur notre profil, nous avons de nombreux retours positifs et nous faisons toujours le nécessaire pour offrir un service de qualité (avec eau et snacks à bord).
