What is the meeting point for the passenger and the Eco Transport driver if it is different from pick-up at home or the hotel?

Regarding pick-up at Roissy Charles de Gaulle, Franckfurt, Amsterdam, Heathrow, and Luxembourg airports, the meeting point is outside your terminal once you exit.
