Van Kathija A. : A really big thank you once again to Vadim . He arrived early on the return journey - perfect as it was cold out and I didn't have to stand around waiting. He was polite and courteous as always and so helpful. He drove perfectly, got me back to the airport on time, assisted me to the check-in area and explained the process from there to ensure everything woudl run smoohtly for me,. I am so grateful for his help, kindness, and excellent driving. He is the perfect chauffeur and to top it all, his rates are so competitive also. Couldn't wish for more.

Van Kathija A. : This was the most wonderful, excellent, driver with such kind manners and professionalism, I feel we have to honour him with superstar status from the get go ! I booked a cab pick up service for my 85+ years old mother who was travelling alone, London to Strasbourg, and speaks no French. He arrived earlier than requested, looked for her in arrivals, clearly communicated his identity, helped her with her bags to the car, kept in contact throughout with myself and with the person who was expecting her at the point of destination to update the ETA, and was just basically absolutely so awesome, we are all at a loss for words to describe this gentleman's pure professionalism and genuine care and assistance from start to finish. He communicated flawlessly in English face to face, and via text and telephone,
The experience with the booking platform Mon Transport was not great to be honest as we were let down last minute by the driver we booked originally for this trip who never communicated with us and when we finally got hold of him on WhatsApp a few days before the journey, he indicated he was not providing a taxi service anymore and so we almost did not trust this platform to book anyone again. However, they did refund the money for that booking and we then took a chance on ****** and we are so so happy that we did ! The experience with ****** was just so amazing that we woudl certainly not hesitate to book again via the booking platform and to be honest we woudl always request this particular driver - what a star !! Thank you Vadim, we are truly so grateful to you. You deserve ten stars and we wish you every success.
