Van Chris T. : Il est arrivé en retard, puis il a fait une grosse plainte concernant le transport de trois bagages même si nous avions réservé trois bagages.
Van chauffeur : La plainte était concernant leur hygiène il n'était pas propre du tout des sacs dégueulasse je suis désolé de le dire comme cela et j'ai quand même aidé pour les bagages . Je suis arrivé à 8h45 comme c'était convenu .
Bref heureusement que tous les clients ne sont pas de mauvaise foi comme eux

Van Robert D. : We had quite a bad experience with this driver, some of which was our fault but which he could have handled much better. We requested an infant car seat for our two year old daughter, which the driver provided. However, we didn't request a booster for our 6 year old son, because we weren't aware that one was needed (we weren't aware of the different regulations for VTCs vs. taxis in France).
The driver was obviously irritated by this, which is understandable because he's now in a difficult position. However, rather than either i) agree to take us regardless, or ii) refuse to take us, he instead spent a long time arguing with us about it, before agreeing to take us for an additional 15 euro charge. He was so keen that we pay this charge that he faffed around with his phone and card payment machine extensively whilst driving.
So far, so arguably our fault. However, his car also had a ridiculously small boot for an airport transfer for 4 people with luggage (we specified 3 pieces of luggage to make sure we had room, even though we actually had only had 1 medium size suitcase and a foldable buggy). The buggy would not fit in his boot (which was about half the size of our boot on a basic Ford Focus), so we had to spend yet more time trying to figure out how to fit it across our laps in the back seat. During this process, the buggy spilled a bit of sand into his backseat, which he also got upset about. But maybe if you don't want luggage in your backseat, you should have a bigger boot!? Also I have no idea what we would have done if we had not been able to disassemble the buggy and have it in the back.
This took a lot of time to sort out and put us at risk of missing our flight. Then on the way, the driver's car started making a beeping noise and he pulled over to investigate. When my wife asked what was going on because we were worried about missing our flight he was very rude about it - saying "better late than death, no?"
So overall, not a great experience. This driver really needs to a) be realistic about the size of his car boot, and b) work on his customer service skills.
