Van : Très bonne prestation. Bouteille d'eau à disposition. Il a installé ma valise dans sa voiture. Encore merci pour ce trajet matinal.

Van Stuart E. : Booking was made and included a 1 hour tolerance. Grenoble airport was unbelievably busy and as such it took the first 5 people to come out 10 minutes later for the booking, which was 2 hour 10 minutes after landing on time, due to security and a poor airport. It therefore was not our fault that there where delays and the transport was booked as airport transfer. our last passenger was another hour on top and had to queue for security down the runway!!
Driver was rude, threatened us with leaving, had to be convinced to stay with us since we would have been stranded, offered a big tip to stay and told us he would not provide the return journey.
When all arrived and got set off, he drove like a maniac in the people carrier, overtaking round bends etc. Gave him a tip at the end of 30 euro to at least thank him for the delay and he told us what time to be and where for the pick up so assumed he changed his mind on the booking. Then one day before pick up he cancelled the return journey and I had to quickly make alternate arrangements.
