Van Stephen B. : We were very pleased with Konrad. He was in communication via email to let us know his progress. He arrived a bit early, and was very courteous about a short wait while we finished a snack. His vehicle was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We encountered unexpected traffic and a highway closure en route, and he adapted readily and patiently -- there was no additional charge for the extra 45 minutes of driving time. Konrad helped us with six large/heavy pieces of luggage at both ends of the trip.
