De Shu Yun L. : He was late for an hour! We met at 16:45, but he arrived at 17:45. When we arrived at Geneva airport, there was full of people on Saturday night. We didn't have time to shop at the airport and almost missed the plane. We need proper compensation for this unhappy experience!

I regret to acknowledge your unhappy experience. Having an hour delay of your ride must have been very frustrating just couple of hours before your flight.
I always try to leave early from my base to be on time at the pick up point, and continuously inform my clients about my position, so they know how close or far i am.
I did that on that day too, unfortunately 5 km from your pickup address, road nr. D308 was closed, so i could not progress further. This was unforeseen and unexpected, which can sometimes happen on small roads especially on high altitudes during winter, early spring times. I asked the local people for directions, but they could not help me with short cuts, so I had no other choice but to turn back and go around the hill. At that point i knew i was loosing about 30 minutes taking the longer track. I called you immediately to let you know about the change of my arrival time.
I thanked you afterwards as well that you received this bad news on a calm manner. It helped me to focus on the road, got you to the airport on time, and made sure you reached your flight.
I am sorry about your unpleasant experience, but with the unforeseen circumstances, unfortunately i could not achieve more.
I did my best to make sure you at least reach your flight, which was of course compromising your extra shopping time. Happy to hear that you made it to your destination.
I’m hoping to have another chance with you in the future, where i can prove, a ride can be a smooth sailing with me, and this was just an unfortunate and unexpected case!
