De Kisha K. : The driver and the ride were fine and I have tried to reflect this fairly with the star ratings above but now I am quite irritated by the company. I posted a positive review online on April 17 and received confirmation of this. Since then I keep getting automated reminders to complete a full review. I have responded politely on April 27 to let them know that a positive review was posted and I also forwarded them the email confirmation of this. Unfortunately, the email reminders continued and it is now almost June. I sent a second email to state that I had already posted a review and asked to be taken off their reminder list. They replied to say the system did not receive a full review and that I should either do this or disregard the reminders. Erm, no thank you. Reviews are voluntary and I was happy to do one and completed it on April 17 and also have confirmation of this. I should not have to 'disregard' emails that are basically just spam now. It clogs up my email and it is poor customer service on their part not to remove me from their distribution list when I request this, but to tell me to 'disregard' the reminders.
So my updated review is - use this platform at your own risk. The ride etc may be fine, but once your email address is in their system be aware that you will receive a lot of unwanted emails and that your request to have this deactivated will not be listened to. For me, it is not worth the irritation.
