: Christophe gave us an exceptional service. We were aiming to catch a ferry from Calais to Dover following a recent Eurostar cancellation. Out train to Calais was delayed and to get to the ferry in time involved Christophe picking us up in Boulogne instead. He agreed to this in a very friendly and efficient manner and due to heavy traffic between Boulogne and Calais phoned the ferry company to say we would be late and please wait if possible. We arrived with five minutes to spare and whilst we booked in Christophe bought our luggage in for us. Superb service. Thank you.
