They picked up my guests very punctual and everything went as planned, everyone was happy including me of course ;) . In fact my wedding mass finished late and the driver waited for us with a great attitude which I highly appreciated.
On the other hand, when my wedding finished at 3:00am he was supposed to be there to pick up my guests but he was not, we tried to contact him several times and he was either super unpolite or he would hang up the phone when we were trying to reach him. I was shocked by this behavior therefore I contacted his manager directly and he who was very educated managed to fix the situation.
The driver finally arrived more than one hour late (4:30am).
I suppose that the driver has already been told off (or I hope) so appart that I was happy with the bus and the help of the manager who was very proactive and attentive to my needs.
